If you're looking for a clean and wonderful place to come home to, Maple Creek Apartment Complex will more than fulfill your needs. Everything is well maintained and pretty modern, while the rent is more than satisfactory, considering the state of the economy. The management team is quick to assist in helping, whether just answering questions, or helping to resolve any issues. I recommend!

I've called Maple Creek Home since 11/19/2021! I was in need of somewhere to move to due to my former apartments where being torn down to make way for a new development and I had 60 days to find somewhere affordable, safe and clean. I came into the office in tears not knowing what to do! The property manager (Aimee) was so kind listening to my frustrations while trying not to cry. I toured the unit and it had new carpet and flooring in the kitchen and bathroom, new ceiling fans in the bedrooms, new faux wooden blinds and it was ground level (which I requested due to health reasons). I've had only three request for maintenance since I have moved in and ALL were taken care of in a timely manner! Pest Control comes once a month and also when requested. They have had many giveaways/raffles as incentives (I have won one!!), it's quiet (even on the weekends when the kids are out playing) I haven't seen or heard of anything major happening! I opted to renew my lease because I feel comfortable and safe here and it's affordable (I know we are working on the parking issue *wink) Big thank you to Aimee and the staff of Maple Creek for providing a place that we are not embarrassed of and are proud to call home!!
