2022: Application and office communication was fast and clear. Our leasing agent Brianna was sweet and caring from the first day. Maintenance has a clear fast and efficient turn around time. My husband and I have loved being part of this community! 10/10 recommend despite the old reviews. Edit: 2023 After being here for over a year, my husband and I have 0 complaints. We have loved living here and just renewed. Love that it’s quiet and the staff does an amazing job at keeping the grounds/ pool clean and maintenance up to date. No problems with pest or finding parking. Edit : 2024 Still happy residing here. Maintenance is still up to par quick turn around time clear communication from management when checks or bug sprays etc are happening. Only complaint so far is that one of our cars has gotten hit TWICE and when I reached out to management just to confirm that there are no cameras outdoors on the property no one reached out a little ironic given the previous sentence I know but this is the only time there was no communication. A simple no would have sufficed instead of crickets. There is an older gentleman who I constantly see keeping the ground and he does a great job! Still recommend living here (:
