I've been here almost five years! It's a great place for a single or family because the apartments have lots of space. Especially if you like being in a small community and a quiet place to live. They have updated the grounds to include alarm systems, new patio furniture, and landscaping. There is a great elementary school in walking distance. A plus for me is that it is also dog friendly! The management team and maintenance are very nice and informative. Come see Titus at Branch Creek Apts today!

The leadership under Titus Gayden are very professional and courteous. They always put the interest of tenants first. And always willing to assist and support tenants when there are issues. Work requests are always promptly attended to. They also frequently frequently organize parties and social activities. Equally important is that the rent is reasonable.
