All homes have patios/balconies, some with extra storage. Silverado offers all the major amenities you would expect from a luxury community, including a resort-style swimming pool with heated spa, a fitness facility, an expansive clubroom, business center with wifi access, private garages and much more. Silverado is within walking distance of the prestigious Ida Lee Bright Elementary School.

Five stars for both the apartments and the staff. After comparing several options within the same price range, choosing Silverado was an easy decision. The spacious and modern layouts of the apartments made it feel more like a home than just an apartment. The maintenance crew responded to any requests I had quickly and were very friendly. As a young professional and first-time renter, I often had questions and wanted to discuss options with the leasing office. The leasing office staff were always approachable and knowledgable. I’ve had to meet with the property manager, Haleigh, on several occasions and she was easy to talk to, clearly laid out my options, and overall helped me a lot during my chaotic process.
