About Lochbrae Cottages
Newly renovated 1/1 cottage units, in a garden-like atmosphere in the heart of Woodlake neighborhood of Sacramento. Steps away is the light rail, with close proximity to downtown jobs and shopping. Why pay midtown rent prices when you can save so much and be minutes away? Woodlake is one of the most historic neighborhoods in Sacramento with nearby artistic enclave, including great shopping and coffee/restaurants. All units are the same size and renovated. In addition to renovated interiors, we recently finished painting the exterior of the property and installed new landscaping! Pictures provided may not be for the exact unit available, and are meant solely as a fair representation of units at the property. For qualified residents with verified rental history and credit, and income requirements. All applicants are screened in accordance with fair housing laws. Application fee $49 per applicant 2.5x rent $1,250 monthly rent $1,250 security deposit (based on credit) $55 monthly utility fee for water sewer trash Pets with additional deposit and breed and size restrictions.
