Hanover never disappoints. Best apartment in the area, I’ve been in Oakland for 8 years and have not found a better place , no place has better management and community. The team is awesome and always answers our questions / helpful with a positive attitude! The amenities are great and we also got a discount because we locked in our lease early (around March / April) before the summer rush! Can’t say enough positive things!

Tiana and Lateefah were always such a pleasure to work with. From the moment i had my initial tour through turning in my keys, the experience was a joy. The amenities were always available and easy to use. The common spaces were always clean and nothing ever needed fixing. If i had to reach out to the front desk they were always prompt with their response.
Aside from that - the space is beautiful. It’s on a quiet clean street and the views from the 3 terraces were so nice. I will miss living here!

5 STARS!! Great amenities and the staff is so nice. I would highly recommend this property. Living here has been so pleasant. Maintenance is friendly and the office team goes above and beyond. I've lived in several different buildings in Oakland and this has been the best experience so far. Apartments are spacious and the resident events are great too!
