It's unfortunate that it took online reviews on the building for them to take care of maintenance around the building, but once the reviews were up, they have been very prompt in addressing things. Prior to this, we had been contacting ViveLA and our building manager for months trying to get rid of a beehive that was inside the walls; with bees finding their ways inside and also irritating people in the neighboring building. I guess when you're trying to lease 6 units in the middle of a difficult economy and pandemic, it is important that potential tenants aren't scared away.
