Treehouse is a new kind way of living, one for people who value community over status, who see success as a shared idea. We are for these people and have designed a new kind of home for shared living. Here’s how it works: - Private bedrooms and bathrooms. Everyone at Treehouse gets their own private bedroom and bathroom with extensive soundproofing and their own thermostat. - Private or shared kitchen. Residents in studio units have private kitchens, while residents who choose flats share a kitchen with two to four flatmates. - Community spaces. The community spaces at Treehouse belong to all of our residents. - All of our buildings have spaces to eat together, to have friends over or throw an event, and to get things done. - We clean the kitchen. We take care of the shared spaces, including kitchens. In flats with shared kitchens we stock the supplies (e.g., paper towels, soap, trash bags, etc.) and do the periodic deep cleaning. - Cookware and kitchenware provided. All the kitchens at Treehouse are fully stocked with pots & pans, plates & dinnerware, food storage, glassware, flatware, and small appliances. - Fully furnished. All the spaces at Treehouse are furnished and designed to be light, warm, simple, and green. - Utilities and WiFi included. Utilities and WiFi are included. Free laundry too. Events and Sunday dinners. Community dinners every Sunday are on us. Free coffee too. Events are included as well, like rooftop yoga, speaker series, and live music. Community Spaces The community spaces at Treehouse belong to all of our residents. They are communal spaces where you can throw a dinner party, wine night, game night, or binge your favorite show – whatever you like to create. They are also the space where we come together for both curated and member-driven events. And when it’s time to focus, you can get away and get inspired in the library or art studio, or take a meeting in the café or dining room. Here are the communal spaces at Treehouse: - Cafe (with free coffee) - Dining room - Art & Laundry - Roof deck - Library - Living room (with theater & bar) - Recording studio Private spaces The private spaces at Treehouse are designed exclusively for you and your comfort. We provide the furniture and you are free to decorate and bring your own vibe into the space. We have two types of units at Treehouse. Traditional studios include private kitchens, while private bedrooms share a kitchen with two to four others. See our website for all the details, more photos, and virtual walkthroughs: https treehouse community ?utm_source=zumper Our pricing Living at Treehouse is more affordable than the average modern studio apartment in the same neighborhood. We provide a lot of things that a traditional apartment doesn’t. In order to compare the two, we split our monthly price into a base rent and a community fee. The community fee covers dinner every Sunday, coffee, free yoga, and other events to bring the community together. That means everything we offer is included.
Studio apartments at Treehouse Co-Living cost about 50% more than the average rent price for studios in Hollywood Studio District.
