As a disclaimer, I am an employee with IDM Companies and am currently living at The Club at the Park, and this is my HONEST review. This is the second IDM property that I have rented at and I am beyond impressed. I have been noticed and welcomed by several long standing residents, everyone I have met has been so friendly. The location?? You cannot beat. With the CTC park literally as our backyard, Farmers Market on Thursdays, movies and concerts at the park, it has been so convenient and easy to enjoy the summer with my little one. The staff - who I have personally worked with over the years are the real deal. Michelle is incredibly detailed, hospitable and has such a gift in managing any community with all the challenges that have been thrown her way. Gianna literally hand-picked the apartment of our dreams when we were searching. Always demonstrating exceptional customer service, is so personable and patient. Maintenance fixes any issues quickly and efficiently. I will often see Ernie maintaining the grounds early in the morning as though it was his own home. The property and grounds are immaculate. The apartment itself is gorgeous - large open windows, the height of the ceilings makes the room appear so large with a jaw-dropping view of the park. I don't know if I just got lucky but I don't hear any noise. Lots of space on the patio - swinging on our swing has been our favorite activity to unwind with my son. I have recommended this community to several friends and will continue to do so for anyone looking for a new home.

Nice apartments, tall ceilings make the place look spacious, large windows for light, gym, coffee machine with a lot of selections, and the park backyard for walks. I appreciate this place and all who work here. Special thank you to Ciara, Stephanie, and Lauren for being helpful and courteous.
