The management company provides excellent support. It has been a few months since we moved in, and whenever we make a request, their response is very quick. Both Mike and Trevor are very friendly, and the rest of the staff are also hardworking. Thanks to their efforts, the property is well-maintained and offers a clean living environment. Also, when our Uber Eats order went missing, Trevor kindly checked the security camera footage and found it was taken by the driver. His professionalism and dedication to residents’ safety made us feel secure. The well-maintained facilities and supportive staff make this a comfortable place to live. Thank you!

One of the best places to live in the Redmond area. I have lived here for 3 months as a part of corporate accommodation and I loved my time here. Pros: - Spacious rooms with all new appliances. Never faced any issues with one. -Trash disposal in every floor - Safety and Security. - Management is very responsive. They assisted me multiple times with my queries and whenever needed. - A lot of amenities like: Gym, Terrace, indoor lawn, Barbecue area, free wifi & espresso machine in the common area. Cons: Nothing too bad but and indoor swimming pool would have completed the amenities. Overall highly recommended.
