I’ve lived here for 4-years, and put up with unruly tenants who caused disturbances 24/7 from the start, and previous management did nothing to solve the immense problems these tenants were causing. Previous management were very unprofessional, and rude, and did not accomplish much except to collect rent. With the exception of Dolly who was here previous to the present team; she was a hard worker that solved my problem, and I was able to live peacefully for the first time since I moved into the complex. I was not expecting much from the new management company, but the new team: Rachel, Nani, Andrew, and Josh are not only competent, but get things accomplished quickly, efficiently, and professionally, which is a pleasant surprise. I enjoy chatting with them, whenever I stop by the office. Rachel is good at communication, and keeps us tenants well-informed. The maintenance guy, Andrew, whom has done the maintenance in my unit, is polite, respectful, has a very good personality, and fixes things expediently. All interactions I’ve had with this team has been friendly, helpful, and informative. I hope this team is treated well, and they stay with us.

I have been here for 2 years, about to sign a new lease for another year. We’ve had many different managers, office assistants and maintenance techs over the years. The team right now have been the best! They are all extremely welcoming and non judgmental. I have had a few interactions with Rachel and the maintenance staff and every single one of those interactions I have left feeling relieved and like I was heard. It’s a good feeling coming from the people that are in charge of where you live. They treat people with respect and that is so important to me. My daughter can play outside with her friends and ride her bike or just hang out and not be harassed for just being a kid. That means a lot to me too. Thank you team for your kindness and dedication. You care, and are working hard and diligently and it shows. In a world full of craziness and unknowns it’s nice to have a home where you are surrounded by genuine people.
