Orchard Park is a great community to live in. We now have a great management team and maintenance team. It’s in a quiet area. The manager is continuing to make improvements around the property.

Excellent experience today! My mom has lived at Orchard Park for several years. She loves her apt and the neighbors have really formed a nice little circle of friends. She’s had a few maintenance hiccups and some “off” office interactions. We met the new manager and was blown away. She is so kind, professional and took time to listen and really hear my moms concerns. You don’t get that very often! Kudos to Orchard Park for bringing Ashley to the property. If you are looking for a great apt in Madison....Look Here!!
