I lived at this property over 9 months and would recommend it. Great location to downtown, apartments are well equipped and there's on-site parking. The building is not usually too loud and the property management company is also very easy to work with.

I moved in early January 2020 and have really enjoyed the Dahlman Flats. While under construction the team has done an incredible job of keeping the noise and mess down. Love my patio and the bells of the Cabrini church nearby. The staff even responded to my pigeon problem on the patio and rid the messy winged characters from my wonderful outdoor living space. Looking forward to enjoying spring, summer and fall morning coffees and evening libations and food with friends and family! Thanks Dahlman for welcoming me into the neighborhood and allowing to make my Omaha home at such a wonderful facility and surroundings!
