There are many amenities - gym with many options, office space with latte machine and printing, outdoor space with bbq, and a small garden. Always plenty of parking. In my apt it takes a little while for the hot water to heat but I'd say that's normal. AC / HVAC in good condition. Not too noisy and friendly community!

They made sure our move here was seamless, They are quick to respond and help out with any issues. The tenants here are super nice and welcoming. A few days after moving in one of our neighbors elderly women stated welcome to Asheville and enclave we’re glad to have you ❤️ 🥹. We have been getting nothing but positive vibes from everyone.
