I can’t say enough good things about my time at Hawthorne at Haywood! From the moment I stepped into the community, I was captivated by the beautiful landscaping and inviting atmosphere. The apartments are spacious, modern, and filled with natural light, making them feel like a true sanctuary. What truly sets this place apart are the amazing team members, Kara, the Community Manager, and Lee, the leasing agent. Kara’s dedication to creating a welcoming community is evident; she goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel at home. Lee is equally impressive, providing exceptional support throughout the leasing process. Her professionalism and attentiveness made my experience seamless and enjoyable. The amenities are fantastic, with a resort-style pool and a well-equipped fitness center that cater to all needs. Plus, the sense of community is strong, thanks to regular events and activities that bring neighbors together. Hawthorne at Haywood is perfectly located near shopping and dining, adding to its appeal. If you’re looking for a vibrant, luxurious place to live, I wholeheartedly recommend Hawthorne at Haywood—and don’t forget to ask for Kara and Lee! They truly make all the difference.

The team at Haywood is amazing. The office staff are some of the nicest people I've ever met. The maintenance staff is super responsive and friendly as well. They are very dog friendly, so my pups (& myself) always feel welcome.
