I really like living here to be honest. The management is personable and friendly. There are many amenities - gym with many options, office space with latte machine and printing, outdoor space with bbq, and a small garden. Always plenty of parking. In my apt it takes a little while for the hot water to heat but I'd say that's normal. AC / HVAC in good condition. Not too noisy and friendly community!

A great historic feel within walking distance to all of Ashevilles area attractions! You get so much character in the home and they have all been renovated. The neighbors and management are amazing.
