A big picture window in the living room overlooks lovely, mature landscaping. There’s great natural light in the open living room and dining room. Note the fireplace is inoperable/ decorative, only. New appliances in the kitchen include the wall-oven, cooktop, dishwasher, and microwave. The kitchen has charming built-in shelving and access to the attached carport. The primary bedroom includes an en suite bathroom. One of the remaining bedrooms has doors from the hall or kitchen and may work well as an office or den. Both main floor bathrooms have a shower or bathtub and vintage tile. The finished basement is climate controlled and provides great bonus space, including a big bonus room with finished concrete floors and a full bathroom with a bathtub or shower. Washer and dryer hookups are in the basement. Lawn care and landscaping maintenance (excluding leaf removal) is included. Central heat (natural gas) and central air conditioning. Tenant responsible for all utilities including electricity, natural gas, and water/ sewer. House wired for Spectrum, only; any desired internet or cable account is a tenant responsibility. No cosigners. No smoking. One small dog under 20lb is negotiable.
