Located near Henderson Road and Thompson St, our apartments in Asheville are a stone’s throw away from the top dining, shopping, and entertainment venues that Asheville has to offer, including Western North Carolina Nature Center, Biltmore Village Shopping Center, and Asheville Mall. Commuting to work won’t be a problem since we’re located next to several prominent employers, such as Mission Hospital, Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College, and UNC Asheville. If the outdoors is more your thing, head on over to French Broad River Park to catch some fresh air and connect with nature.

A friend and I rented a 2 bed / 2 bath unit for roughly 18 months. The apartment was very spacious, the appliances were new, and the materials and overall condition was very good. The views from our deck (top floor) were fantastic, and we frequently watched the sunset over the blue ridge mountains. We only had a few minor maintenance issues, but they were extremely quick to respond and fix them, mostly during the same day. The clubhouse and pool is only a short drive away, and there were frequent gatherings with live music, food, and beer provided! The only negative is that there is no elevator, so moving in/out of the top floor can be cumbersome. Overall, the experience was great, and I would recommend living at Skylofts to anyone who wants a great unit in the heart of Asheville.
