What a great apartment complex. Good people live here. Great people work here. I love the layout. The apartments are up to date and spacious. Nice pool. Fitness center. And they had plenty of very clean large Porta John's, hand washing stations and several shower stations on site during the aftermath of Helene. Competitively priced. This place is great.
I’ve been living at Westmont Commons for a few months now, and I love it here! From the moment I started my search, the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, helping me find the perfect apartment that truly feels like home. The apartment itself has a breathtaking view, and I'm having so much fun with the amenities. One of the best aspects is its location—close enough to downtown Asheville, yet it offers a peaceful environment that feels like a little retreat. I’m already looking forward to renewing my lease and continuing to enjoy everything this community has to offer. Highly recommend Westmont Commons to anyone looking for a great place to live!
High quality living with affordable pricing they get a friendly with pets and also have a dog park that is leash free. The office staff are professional and maintenance is prompt with their maintenance request. I highly recommend Westmont Commons for your next lease.
I’ve been living here at Westmont for about two months now and I want to highly commend the staff for taking such good care of the residents during the fallout from the hurricane. In the critical days following the storm, they had resources posted by the main office door, brought in portable showers, provided buckets for flushing, checked in with each resident to see what we needed, and communicated consistently with all of us. We are extremely grateful for the staff of this complex (shoutout to Monti) and could not have asked for a better group of people to look out for us! All we can ask for now is reduced/frozen rent while we recover financially and emotionally from the disaster. Thanks guys!

I recently had a conversation with Monti regarding my concerns from a previous review I posted and I want to update it to reflect my positive experience after receiving a phone call from Monti. Monti was extremely professional, kind, and took the time to listen to my concerns, which I truly appreciate. It’s clear that he is a genuinely kind person. Additionally, I’ve had great interactions with Kevin from maintenance, who has been working diligently to fix my faucet.
I’ve lived here almost 3 years and really love our community for so many reasons. Great people live here, great amenities, it’s safe, and clean. After my conversations with Monti and Kevin it’s obvious that they are working very hard to keep this community at its best.
I recently toured Westmont Commons with Monti and had an outstanding experience. Monti's attention to detail was impressive, and I even had the pleasure of meeting the property manager Eric, who was incredibly welcoming. The property itself is impeccably clean, and I loved all the green spaces that create a peaceful environment. While I’m not moving for a while, it’s reassuring to know that I’ll have a wonderful place to go when I’m ready to make the move.
I cannot say enough about the incredible support we received from the management and community at Westmont during the difficult time following hurricane Helene. The staff were very attentive, going above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. They provided us with portable restrooms and showers, and they even allowed us to use pool water to flush our toilets. Additionally, they supplied us with plastic bags, eating utensils, and gave us access to the grills for cooking.
What really stood out was how management team personally walked around property, knocking on every door checking in to see if we needed anything and asking how we were doing. It was clear that they truly cared about each resident well-being. The sense of community was remarkable, and the way we were treated was nothing short of excellent. They did everything within their reach to help, and I'm so grateful for the kindness and support they showed during such a challenging time.

I’ve really loved this apartment for 3 years now. It’s spacious and quiet and I love having a gym & pool 60 seconds from my door.
But what has really stood out to me was the company’s response to the fallout after hurricane Helene. The property manager was on site just 2 or 3 days after the storm hit, before anyone had power/water/cell service. They set up portable showers for the residents (that were actually hot!) and trucked in water each day - this was an absolute game changer and it was incredible to finally feel clean. They gave us access to the pool for flushable water, and set up a hose for easier access. Their staff went door to door to check on us and ask what supplies we needed. Rent was paused until water came back. I wish that had been the case for the whole city - it was much needed after the loss of work and expenses for supplies & car repairs. It was such a scary time to live alone and I was blown away by the response and can’t say enough nice things.
On top of that, the community here is lovely. Residents got the grills and fire pit going and used the area as a gathering space to share food, supplies and information. We looked out for each other and there was an amazing sense of safety and community.
I’m eternally grateful for all of it. Thank you for taking care of us during such an intense, and hopefully once in a lifetime disaster. To show my appreciation, here is my kitty Archer - he loves it here too!
