This apartment complex is located in a great neighborhood, easy to access shopping centers, schools... At this location are parking lots outside and the entire first levels are parking lots. There is a exercise center, game room, activity room, theater 🎭 and computer room…

I’ve lived here since 2019, I love living here, and don’t plan on moving any time soon. I’m not sure what people are talking about in regards to the staff or the safety. The ladies in the office have been here the entire time I’ve lived here. They’re always there to answer my questions and help out with things and they’ve made this covid ordeal so much less stressful. They’re well liked by everyone to the point that neighbors have made them freakin art for their desks. Maintenance always shows up when they say they’re going to and they’re always super nice! All my neighbors in both buildings are friendly, the kids are polite and friendly, and there’s a big playground right next door. It’s super quiet, I can never hear my neighbors unless they’re right outside my door. There’s also a trash shoot on every floor which is super convenient and the recycle is inside so you always avoid the rain and a long walk with a bunch of stuff! I love that it’s in a walkable location too. So, we can walk to the store when we want to and ride bikes. I’ve never felt unsafe or uncomfortable living here. Neighbors kids have actually offered to help me with my groceries. Never had issues with packages going missing or had issues with delivery drivers being able to get to my apt. Never once had an issue with anyone’s pets, they’re all friendly, and besides the occasional mishap they pick up after them (kinda hard not to with free poop bags offered and located in multiple locations lol) Before covid they used to have fun get togethers for everyone and had snacks, lunches, prizes, all kinds of stuff! The elevator has been down a couple times, true, but they always get it fixed the same day, and there’s a second elevator so it doesn’t really matter! If I could change one thing, it’d be nice if the stairwell door was unlocked from both directions so I could take the stairs more, but I’m sure there’s a safety reason behind that.
