The leasing/manager team at The Merc are all incredibly kind people who work hard to create the best apartment living experience. The apartment always smells great and is clean which is always a plus. Events are constantly planned for socializing and holidays are never missed as they put out treats and even cards to use for all residents. On-site gym is open 24 hours, coffee machine in the lobby, and carts are available to use for carrying up heavy items to your unit. I definitely recommend choosing The Merc if you're looking for an apartment in Bothell!
My husband and I have lived at the Merc for over 4 years now, and we wouldn’t want to rent anywhere else! The location is absolutely incredible, right near walking and biking trails as well as a vibrant downtown that still gives you a small town feel. The apartments themselves are spacious and modern without sacrificing utility and the views on all sides are lovely! The amenities are great, we love using the rooftop in the summers. I feel very safe here as well. The staff are always friendly and helpful and make it a pleasure to live here!

I walked in for a tour. The leasing office employees are very helpful! Everyone there was accommodating and friendly. The building was very clean and well taken care of. They have great amenities and a beautiful view, along with access to a trail.

I can't say enough good things about The Merc! The location is amazing - walkable to everything in downtown Bothell and the Sammamish River Trail. Friendly, responsive staff. Clean, well-kept common areas and amenities. On-site gym with great equipment. The apartments are laid out well and have lots of storage for a smaller space. Friendly people living and working in the building. I truly loved the time I spent living here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place in downtown Bothell!

I couldn't be more thrilled with my previous experience at The Merc Apartments. From the moment. When I lived there, the management team has been nothing short of exceptional. They are responsive, friendly, and always go above and beyond to ensure residents are happy.
One of the highlights of living here is the incredible access to local walking trails. As an outdoor enthusiast, having these trails right at my doorstep has been a game-changer. Whether it's a leisurely stroll or an adventurous hike, the convenience is unbeatable.
Additionally, the proximity to stores couldn't be better. Everything I need is just a short walk or drive away, making errands a breeze.
As for the apartments themselves, they are top-notch. Impeccably clean and well-maintained, it's clear that the management takes pride in their property. From the stylish design to the modern amenities, every detail has been carefully considered to create a comfortable and inviting living space.

My sister and I have lived at The Merc in a 2 bedroom for 2 years and have loved every minute of it. We talk about how much we love our apartment daily and the management has always been kind and quick to respond to us. We have only had two small maintenance issues come up and they were both resolved the same day we submitted our task. The management also takes the time to plan fun events for residents and does a great job at informing us on the events that are happening in Bothell as well. The entire apartment complex is kept very clean and we love our BBQ nights on the roof top! The location is great for walking to restaurants/stores and overall such a great place to live!!

I loved living at the Merc, it is a shame I had to leave after only 6 months. The lofts on the first floor are incredible, with enormous windows allowing for lots of natural lighting and a big open space that allows for so many configurations.
The staff was friendly, responsive, and provides snacks and hot cocoa in the lobby. The Merc is perfectly situated for exploring downtown Bothell on foot or watching the sunset from the rooftop deck on the 7th floor. I really enjoyed my experience there.
So happy to be a resident at the Merc! My apartment has everything I am looking for, great amenities and provides great safety with the parking and gated garage. Staff at the Merc are extremely helpful and get back to me instantly and do a great job of following up if I have any questions or concern. I am proud to bring friends and family here to visit and would recommend for anyone who enjoys exploring downtown Bothell. Retail, restaurants and nearby schools are in close distance which makes it great for individuals as well as families! Absolutely love the Merc apartments!
