This apartment building is amazing!! From the lounge areas as you walk in to the beautiful outside terrace it's simply perfect AND they keep adding new and improved rooms like the gym that has all new equipment. The in house maintenance guy Russell has been a huge help for me and the property manager Brittany went above and beyond with any questions I had moving in and when I was living there. She made the entire process so easy and she's extremely thoughtful & helpful! I don't know how I would've survived my first time living alone without them both. Bottom line..if you're looking for the best place in Montclair to live this is definitely it!

I rented here for a little over a year. I absolutely loved how clean they kept the lobby/common areas. I also really liked how responsive management and staff was when ever I needed anything or had any questions!!!
