This charming apartment community has transformed into a newly updated community with more upgrades on the horizon. Although we have taken on a new exterior look, our location is just as amazing as ever; just blocks from the infamous Benicia Waterfront and a short distance to the vibrant downtown. Outdoor activities like fishing and boating, fine dining and shopping are effortless for our residents which makes Waterstone Terrace stand out from all the rest. We offer spacious 1,2 and 3 bedroom renovated flats and townhome floorplans. Our units boast stainless steel fridge and gas stoves, large double-paned windows, ample storage, ceiling fans and more.

Where do I start…Waterstone is such a cozy and quiet community. Even better the staff is amazing. Annabelle and Jose are the best duo with making sure the community/units are safe/clean and move in ready. Annabelle has the best knowledge and patience with making sure your lease is properly understood and needed documents are received. Jose has years of experience with maintenance and renovation. I appreciate them both and am happy that they are at this community!

I'm writing this review after relocating away from Benicia to San Diego. I lived at Waterstone Terrace from April 2000 to June 2022. The property manager, Anabelle, was first rate: very caring and supportive. Maintenance support was also great, problems were addressed quickly and effectively. The apartment complex is located in a superb section of Benicia: gentrified residential area and only a block from the shoreline of the Carquinez Strait. The buildings in the complex are older, but do have double-pane windows. This is a safe and friendly place to live. Good for dog owners: an on-site dog park and a great surrounding neighborhood with dog-friendly sidewalks.
