As a long term resident we’ve seen the time pass and changes come slow, then management shifted! The dynamic duo has taken over and Vasti & Jada have in a matter of months managed to change things like paint, cleanliness, entry door upgrades, better accountability at the concierge desk and security on site. They’ve taken complaints seriously and addressed each issue individually and with patience and grace. We appreciate seeing the effort, for the first time in a while the intent is aligned with the impact and we are seeing beautiful results. Keep up the amazing work ladies so I can live here another five years please!
