We have lived here in a townhouse unit for a year and just renewed. You cannot beat the location or the affordability of this place. The landlord, Clint, and the maintenance guys are nice and very professional and quick to solve any issues. The maintenance staff even lives on site. Living here has been a great renting experience.

Affordable units in a relatively quiet part of South KC/Waldo. Very clean and plenty of space, never had issues with pests of any sort and all maintenance requests were taken care of in a timely manner. Would love a place like this near midtown. Parking is a bit limited, but it’s like that anywhere unless you own a home. I would like to add that the shower pressure is stellar.
