Welcome to living at Park Terrace Apartments! We are conveniently located in Northeast Philadelphia near shopping, transportation and nestled in Pennypack Park. Building amenities include: intercom security entry system, three elevators, community function room, trash chutes on each floor, pool and recreation area, and ample on-site parking. We are also a pet-friendly community!

Don’t bother reading those negative reviews, as they are not the least bit accurate. This is a great place to live. Nice and quiet location. Beautiful newly renovated units. Awesome maintenance staff. And the property manager, Josette, is fantastic! She is super accommodating and helpful; she always makes availability to offer her support with anything you may need. Best property manager I’ve ever experienced, and I’ve been renting for a very long time. Would highly recommend Park Terrace.

I loved living at Park Terrace Apartments! Josette at the front office was amazing to work with!! She answered all of my questions and was always professional. I was sad to move away. They are making gorgeous updates and I would still be there today if I didn't relocate for my job.
