I have been a resident here for 4.5 years, and just renewed my lease. One of the main reasons I choose to stay at OGGI is because of the quality and consistency of the property management company, Yates... I have been an urban renter for 25 years, in Chicago and also LA/Orange County, and this is the most available, cooperative, creative, and competent support team I have ever had on a rental property. The maintenance staff is super responsive and respectful, and I'm always heard. Can't say enough good things about Yates and OGGI Lofts... despite some ups and downs one can expect in any long-term urban residency, the support and personal care that I've received makes all the difference. I feel good knowing I'll be staying here for another year.

My wife and I lived here for over a year. We had an excellent experience, friendly neighbors, great and responsive maintenance team. Our favorite part is the rooftop deck for enjoying the outdoors and grilling out, very unique for downtown. Raul is the man!
