Love living here!! The facility is well taken care of and the maintenance is incredible! They came within the day and moved swiftly! Jermaine was exceptional!! He was quick, efficient, and professional. Plus, he answered a couple of other questions I had about this new apartment. He went above and beyond! So grateful for the services he offered!

Hi everyone, I recently just moved to Los Angeles from New Jersey, and the experience I've had with the Windsor Community has been absolutely outstanding. To begin, my leasing agent (Delanie) provided me a full tour of the building and also helped me look for an apartment that fit my expectations. The area is absolutely beautiful. From having our own gym, lounging area, hot-tub, pool, and grilling area, I can honestly say that I've never seen anything quite like this. On top of that, the accommodations Sunset + Vine provides is amazing. I frequently use the gym and the pool. I regularly see staff and security walking around the building, and I've never felt safer. Furthermore, when moving here the staff in the leasing office, front desk, and parking area were extremely helpful. I was able to set up dates to use the loading docks when moving my furniture in. I also had an effortless experience getting my car here. If it weren't for the help of the staff here, my move would have been absolute chaos. Furthermore, when I moved in I had a small problem with my electricity and thermostat. I called it in and within 30 minutes there was someone at my door who fixed both problems. The people here are amazing and the staff is amazing at accommodating your needs. If you're looking for a place to live, I highly recommend looking into the Windsor community!
