I resided at these apartments for approx 1.5 years. I have resided at many apartments in the Tacoma area and I must say Hokold Properties outdid every last one. I also worked in the housing field and know how hard it is to find a unit that is managed well, aesthetically pleasing and affordable. These apartment offer all three of those things and more. The staff is pleasant and the rental process was not difficult. I moved only because I had to relocate back to the East coast to be with family. I will miss this unit and property very much.
