Love Cortland Riverside! This is my third lease with Cortland since moving to Texas in 2020 and my second lease at this location. The apartments are very nice and well maintained. All of the neighbors are nice. The staff is always very friendly, and ready to help with anything. Rahni and Haylee have made getting everything set up very smooth and painless, and have always been very helpful and patient. Will definitely be staying with Cortland for a while!

I moved here from another Cortland property in GA about 4 months ago. The transition was smooth! The staff in my initial process was accommodating, knowledgeable, fun, and there was a food truck here - they even brought us lunch after I toured!! The rent specials I signed with was amazing but they always have specials. Maintenance is quick, efficient and you know them when you see them because they treat you like family here. All my specials assistance or requests were considered and granted when I had to be away or need an extra hand. When anyone comes to visit, they are in love with my apartment. The amenities are great too —they also have fun and exciting resident activities!! Golf ⛳️ course views. I’m only 4 months into my lease and I plan to renew already. I love my apartment so much. Additionally, the community is well kept, clean, quiet and welcoming. If you are thinking of moving to the Fort Worth area, definitely consider Cortland Riverside, you will love it!!
