Mesa Pines is great place to live. We enjoyed our apartments and all amenities we had. Location is great and quiet. Dora is amazing and helpful.

I have lived here for 1.5 years and really enjoyed my stay. The manager, Dora, is very helpful and caring in addressing any issues or concerns that I had. The location is great for Orange Coast College, with a good driving distance to Costco, Micro Center and a great variety of grocery stores. Personally, I did not encounter any safety issues and found the place to be quite quiet and peaceful.
