Here to leave an actual review now that I’m moved out lol. For credibility I lived here two years in two different units, my brother lived there, my childhood bestfriend lived there, and my other close friends lease ends tomorrow there. Hence why I’m writing this now. - first off the only actually nice worker there is Gabby but her boss definitely walks all over her and is super fake nice to residents. she was fake nice to me so I don’t mind her but she’s was super rude to my friend - also I wouldn’t trust many of these good reviews because they give their tenants money off for reviews. which is only reason my OG one was a good one - like every apartment living here was ehh, moving out sucked, and it was over priced - they say luxury home or something crazy like that but with pipes from the 80s that don’t drain I don’t think you can legally call these luxury lmao - also good luck moving out. they didn’t show for my move out inspection and then charged me for a bunch of stuff. now my friends lease ends tomorrow and she hasn’t heard back about a move out inspection and she has a water leak in her living room?? don’t even know how that happens - I lived in two separate units here and had major water leaks in both of them. one from our AC multiple times and one from our shower that they put together wrong not once but twice - good luck getting maintenance out and if they come out they don’t actually fix anything. they also have new maintenance people every week which is not a good sign - the over all grounds of the complex are also pretty gross which I never noticed until I moved to a nice place - also don’t live here if you have a dog. no sidewalks to walk on they all just randomly end and their dog park should be a bio hazard Try Stone Canyon apartments; allows all breeds, has so much walking area, their dog park and overall grounds are always clean. Also their maintenance set up is top tier I’ve never had an easier experience in my life.

Liked living at Dana Park Apartments. Nice area, nice apartments, good neighbors for the most part. A little pricey for someone who works for Amazon. That's why I had to move.
