Extremely rude, and they treat people applying to even view an apartment as if you not worth their time. I attempted to set up a viewing with these people, but was unable to, as they were not clear about the paper work to send them. When they did not get what they wanted from me I got a stern lecture from whoever is in charge of dealing with new tenants. These folks treat regular people as an after thought, at best. If you want to be treated with kindness, and respect, don't try to rent an apartment from these folks. They're clearly used to dealing with people who tolerate disrespectful behavior, and when as a possible new tenant you are treated like garbage you can only imagine how you'll be treated if they lock you in for a year lease. Trust me. Avoid this place like the proverbial plague. That is if you want to be treated like a human being. Otherwise, have at it, but you'll regret it. I assure you.
