I've noticed that most of the 1 star reviews are from people that don't even live here... The spa, sauna, gym, lounge, apartment fixtures, and most importantly management are Grade A! Tyler is an amazing leasing agent and she really took care of us! Gary is the best concierge out there. He even worked Christmas morning for us. (he's a saint) Jason is not only an amazing maintenance operator, but he is also just an awesome down to earth guy! I know the management here personally and they are all amazing individuals. So beware of the "one time visitor" reviews and really contextualize the review before taking them seriously. Thanks Team Ardan!

My experience at Ardan Apartments has been an absolute delight. From the moment I toured, I was welcomed by a friendly and comforting community. The staff, especially the leasing agents, are super friendly and helpful. They’ve made my experience here nothing short of great. Quite honestly, their incredible team has made it so memorable! The apartments themselves are beautiful. I love to cook, and these kitchens offer the best selections verse other communities I’ve toured. The amenities are so incredible and the new concierge crew has been really helpful. The community is civilized and my neighbors are awesome. Overall, Ardan Apartments is more than just a place to live - it’s a place to call home. Is it perfect, no. Are there maintenance issues here and there, yes. Do they have a really great management and maintenance team to get on fixing those issues, they most certainly do! I certainly would take all of these 1-star reviews with a grain of salt. This community definitely is worth more than a single star! Please – become my neighbor, you won’t regret it!
