Ben was amazing he has me so excited to potentially live here. The tour was great the 2x2 floor plan is incredible with a kitchen anyone would love to cook in. The front porch was huge a cute yard I can add plenty of plants, and furniture to. I loved the layout, and the townhouses are fantastic excellent prices too. Ben thank you for being so kind, hospitable, and knowledgeable.

I have lived in my apartment since April of 2024. It quiet and my neighbors are nice. Did not realize how close I am to Papago. I go hiking every chance I get. Daisy in the front office was great Ang help me with my transition from another state. I am enjoying my stay here.

I've had the pleasure of residing at Scottsdale Gateway now for nine years. I was referred by a former resident/friend, who lived here before purchasing their first home. As I downsized my life, and selected this place as my home, the entire staff works harmoniously to build our Community as one, through organizing and participating in Social events, recognizing my grandchildren who visit, even caring for the happiness of my sweet, dog. They have always quickly addressed every maintenance request, and all concerns to maintain the safety of our residency. I can't think of living anywhere else. Thank you.

I just moved in and Ben made the process so easy! He was very knowledgeable and kind with me throughout the entire move in process. Great customer service! Place was clean and ready for move in when I got the keys. There was an issue with the draining of sinks, I let Ben know the following day and by the time I got home from work everything had been fixed😊

We have lived at Scottsdale Gateway for about 6 months now. The staff and maintenance team have been incredibly helpful and kind. We have enjoyed the location, with proximity to Tempe and old town Scottsdale. The apartments are incredibly close to Papago park which is perfect for morning / evening walks.
6 months in, we have been very happy with our experience at Scottsdale Gateway.

I have only positive things to say about Scottsdale Gateway! The staff is so great - Kaylie, Daisy, Ben, and Allison are always so helpful and eager to assist me when needed. This community is also in the perfect location. So close to Downtown Tempe and Downtown Scottsdale ... everything is at your fingertips! The community is well-kept and maintenance is quick to respond/communicate as needed. They even have their own event team to coordinate resident events each month! So happy I moved here, it really feels like home!!
