II have really enjoyed the Dunhill. The new ownership and management have really done a great job! I recommend this complex to everyone. Below, I have given an honest review all the aspect that important to me in a complex. Also so photos of my actual unit. Looking through some of the previous reviews it seems that their issue was likely the previous ownership and how they managed it. Check out my take on the Dunhill! LOCATION I love the area. Very very quiet. I see no homeless people which is great compared to other neighborhoods in the city core. Walking distance to my favorite restaurants: Ascention, The Charles, Town Hearth, Wheelhouse, Pie Tap, Pak Pow and much more. THE PROPERTY The common areas and amenities are top notch. Awesome artwork throughout the property. The pool is amazing. The gym has everything I need and more with a great mural. Great dog park. Lots of Pets on property. I don't have any but am not bothered by it. They have a really nice Ping Pong Table and number of great games in the game room. It's a decent place to hang out! MANAGEMENT They're easy to work with and accommodating. Some of the staff live on property so you really get to know the management well. NEIGHBORS Everyone seems to be young professionals. Which makes for a quiet property during the week and some life on the weekends. THE UNIT Granite, wood floors (they might be fake wood but I can't tell). Each unit comes with a TV and Washer dryer which is super convenient. I have one of the smaller units and it still ample kitchen, dining, living and sleeping space. I have a large tub with a shower and a massive closet. The apartment itself really checks off all my marks.

This is a great place to live. I lived there for 4 years. Its as nice as yuu can find in the area for the price. Recently the property was sold to its current owner and their mew management team is really the best I have ever had to deal with. There are severL people working in the leasing office. All are very professional. Alejandro is the name of the person there who helped me through out the process of moving out of my apartment after I purchased a home. There were numerous date changes, delays . This guy was so delightful to work with. He answered his phone, returned my calls promptly, did everything he told me he would do. Super dependable, super professional, i have never met an apartment manager who was so willing to help me and work with my individual issues. Again. Alejandro is his name
