I wanted to give a more recent review of my experience at Q19. I lived here for a year and I enjoyed my experience. I explored several other studio apartments in the area before moving here, and chose this one because it offered the fairest price for the most square footage of a studio apartment. The appliances within the apartment are very new. The flooring is nice. The security and AC units are top notch. Its nice that every unit at least has a Juliet balcony that opens all the way. This might be one of the best locations in midtown, it is far enough away that you don't have to deal with constant traffic but close enough that everything is walking distance, the sweet spot. Do not be alarmed about its proximity to the train track, you honestly can hardly hear it (double-paned windows) and will feel a little shake that's about it. The gym is small but it offers essentially everything you could really need. The building is incredibly well-ventilated and clean. The property management (Jennifer) is incredibly responsive, professional, and organized. Cannot emphasize that enough. Of course there are some negatives. The parking situation isn't the best, at one point it was incredibly difficult to find a spot late at night and no one really wants to park in the back lot, which is super tight. Its gotten better though. It's also not gated, but they do provide security patrol that is around pretty often. I believe they are looking to expand the lot in the near future which is a plus, but you also have the ability to park on the rail tracks for a little bit lower price through the city. The natural lighting in the units is great but it does feel dim at nights with only a few lights in the unit. One other negative is that there is a public trashcan in the lot which you find people going through often and creating a mess in the parking lot, but it gets cleaned up pretty quickly. But that is something you sort of expect to happen when you live in an urban area. Either way, I would still recommend this place to anyone who wants to live in a more modern upscale apartment in the area. It is worth the time to at least book a touring.

I love that it has the right amenity package with pet spa, fitness center, bike room and it's only a few blocks from the hustle and bustle, grocery store, Truitt Bark Park.
