I have lived at The Ridgeleigh at Van Dorn Metro for over 4 years and have never regretted my choice. The staff are phenomenal. They are attentive, friendly and professional. The apartments are modern and spacious. I always receive compliments from my guests who are surprised by the size and nice finishes. The grounds are well manicured and clean. Maintenance is on point and responds quickly to any needed repair. The residents are respectful and friendly (many of the residents are military). It is a pet friendly environment, with a well kept dog park on the premises. The location is very convenient to the beltway and metro with a free shuttle to/from the Van Dorn metro running in the am and pm. I highly recommend The Ridgeleigh when searching for your perfect rental apartment!

It's been 1 month since I've moved in and it has a been a peaceful experience. Starting with my first tour with Assie who was very accommodating when I was running late for my viewing appointment. She provided me with all the information in a friendly manner and answered all of my questions thoroughly. When it was time to sign all the paperwork she helped me along the way and provided me with updates about my unit. Once moved in, maintenance responded promptly to my move-in inspection notes and fixed everything right away. The complex has stayed clean even with all this pollen flying around and I really love the on-site carwash! Overall, a great move-in and living experience so far.
