I've lived here about a year now and I am renewing my lease. Abby and Ian always make sure the property is beautiful and safe, maintenance issues are handled promptly and the apartments are in good shape. Living downtown is a plus, easy to walk to the library, restaurants and trails. The guest parking is a bit sparse, but each resident gets an assigned spot, definitely a plus!! Pets are welcome. It's really a great place to live.

Lived here for the better part of 10 months. You can't beat the location, nearby trails and the creek is your backyard. Downtown Issaquah has the best places to eat. Abby does a great job managing through pinnacle. She responds to emails and inquiries very quickly. Each building has a washer and dryer so that's the only downfall.. shared laundry. The price is what you pay for so the neighbors might be questionable but the location and management company make up for it.
