We have had a great experience with our move here to Sonoma Hills! The property is beautiful, well maintained and super clean! Our apartment is amazing and has felt like home from the moment we walked in! The staff here have been super helpful and kind.

So Glad you Ask! I Loved living here, did not want to leave! I was the Very First Tenant Sept.2018 The Outrageous Rental price for 2 Bed has increased from $ 1800 to $2880!!! This is outrageous and totally unnecessary Absurd Rent !!! FRANKLY ALL OF MY FRIENDS HAVE VACATED BECAUSE OF THIS !!! Also the Grounds are not being taken of properly!!! The 4 plantings in front of my Apartment (309) 2 have died and not replaced for months!!! Other 2 Dying, plus dead pine tree was not removed for over A Year, and I informed manager many Times!
