We have spacious 1, 2, and 3 bedroom floor plans. Every apartment home comes with a private patio or balcony. Our community is located on the Santa Fe Trail that has 40 miles of jogging/ bicycle trails & easy access to I-25. Come visit us today!Applicant has the right to provide University Village Apartments with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides University Village Apartments with a PTSR, University Village Apartments is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for University Village Apartments to access or use the PTSR.

Advenir at The Village is one of the top choices for apartments in Colorado Springs. All around the area, you get what you pay for, and with rent you pay here, you will not be disappointed. I've lived here for about half a year and have had a wonderful experience. The staff is amazing, always friendly and helpful in the office and maintenance staff always says hi to me in the morning and gets work orders done the day of. The property is kept very clean and is well kept inside and out. I love having a balcony and the views I get of Pulpit Rock and I also love how much space I get in every room (they have also have a lot of extra storage space). Plus it's conveniently located to everything you need. I don't have any complaints. I have a one year old daughter, but strongly recommend this complex to any students or families alike. Thank you Advenir staff! Keep up the great work! :-)

I gave the community of five star primarily because of all the amenities that are available and the wonderful office staff. There are a few concerns that I have such as the carpeting as you enter into the building and in the hallways is extremely dirty, ragged and needs to be replaced, even a linoleum or something that would be easy to clean would be better than the current carpeting that laid in my particular unit I don’t know if they’re all the same so I can’t speak to that. The air conditioning inside doesn’t seem to be working, I will put in a ticket for that , and it doesn’t appear that there was fresh paint put on the walls from the last tenants because there was a lot of scratches and things in the paint but once I hang up pictures, it should be fine. The landscaping overall is very nice outside and inside the community, the barbecue area is very welcoming the pool and the hot tub are very nice and well-maintained. There’s a great park for young kids. There’s a bark park for the dogs , and overall my particular building is very quiet and I greatly appreciate that. I’m looking forward to being a tenant and getting involved with the community events that are planned. I’ve already posted on my Facebook page to my friends that I am happy to be here and also suggested it to some people who are looking for a place that LGBTQ plus community interracial couple would be accepted because I feel like overall we have a diverse population in this community and I welcome that 100% .
