Brandon was an exceptional and knowledgeable consultant for my tour! He went above and beyond to ensure all questions were answered and to make the property welcoming. The property was immaculate, luxurious, and convenient – close to the T and extremely walkable. I recently moved out after living in this community for two years, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The amenities are top-notch, the staff (special shoutouts to Clare and Andrew) are incredibly helpful and communicative. Both my move-in and move-out processes were smooth and seamless. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live with a nearby train station and also option with reasonable parking cost. I felt like it was the best value for the area. If I ever move back to Cambridge, I would surely return to this living community.

I absolutely love living at Hanover Alewife! Aside from the convenience of being close to Whole Foods, trader’s joe and fresh pond and other parks, plus Alewife station, the management team is fantastic and always goes above and beyond to make sure all residents are happy and satisfied. The amenities are wonderful and have remained available at a decent rate even after the pandemic. The management team aLeah’s organize fantastic meet and greet events that really brings the community together.
Maintenance is always on time and super professional - I never have to worry about anything in my apartment not being taken care of promptly.
Although there are some pet owners who don't pick up after their pets, management is aware of the issue and is doing everything they can to address it. While there is no size or breed limit on dogs, I appreciate that the complex is pet-friendly and allows all kinds of pets to be a part of the community. Overall, I have had a wonderful experience living here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming home.

I have recently moved into The Hanover at Alewife and am loving my new home. The location is fantastic, providing me access to the Red Line as well as walking distance to Whole Foods, Trader Joes, as well as the Minuteman Bike trail to coffee shops, restaurants and bars in and around Davis and Porter Square and Arlington.
The building itself reminds me of a high end hotel with tasteful decor and many amenities that include pool, community room, bicycle storage, etc. Each apartment is well appointed with nice appliances and subtle wall colors to match any decor.
The building is quiet and my neighbors all very friendly. Everyone appears happy to be living here.
My experience here all started with the Leasing Department. Claire, Andrew, and Jay are all very professional and have gone out of their way to be helpful and make me feel welcomed.

Truly incredible staff here at Hanover Alewife! Not only are they beyond polite (every day, even in the mornings when they haven't had their coffee yet!) and always there to help residents.
Great example of their incredible nature: Someone spilled coffee in the elevator and when I asked if they had a mop I could use to wipe it up, they insisted they'd take care of it and immediately cleaned it!
Good example of their incredible nature: They know every tip and trick in the book to make moving in as easy and smooth as possible!
Bad (as if) example of their incredible nature: When they're bringing in potential renters to general areas they have conversations with current renters, by name, and are just genuine people!

I could not be happier with my new apartment. It’s clean, in a wonderful location, and has all the amenities you could need nearby. But what truly makes this place special is the kindness and professionalism of the leasing team—Brandon, Claire, and Andrew. They have been incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process, making my move as easy and stress-free as possible. Their warm, thoughtful approach really made me feel welcome, and they even followed up after I moved in to ensure everything was perfect.
