I lived at The Loden for just about three years and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The management handoff through COVID was rough, but they rebounded quite well. In my experience, they were always quick to respond and help remedy any situation and if they didn't, they took ownership of the fault. If you had an issue or needed some assistance, they were flexible. I thought the rent rates were reasonable for Edina and the quality of the building was exceptional. Over the course of three years, we only heard our neighbors (loudly) a handful of times. The pool would get crowded and noisy at times during the Summer, but I'd bet that you would find that in any shared community space in any apartment complex in the metro. Unless you have a better solution, requesting that they monitor pool guests 24/7 is delusional and would be too much for the staff to handle. The location is difficult to beat. You're close to all major highways and still located in a quiet area surrounded by highly sought after communities. Unless something drastically changes, I'd suggest living at The Loden to anyone that reaches out.
