I lived here for 3 years and I have to say. This place is Great. The staff is always attentive To my needs. If I need anything they make sure they take care of it right away. Kayla Croocks one off the office Staff members has always gone above and beyond her call off Duty. When anyone walks in the doors she always say Welcome Home which makes people feel really at home even in the office. There are so many thing to say about this Apartment Complex All good. Everyone in the office always give you there undevided Attention.They are extremely Patient with every Tenant they don’t make you feel rushed. The maintenance Department are always on time to fix any problems you may have. This all starts at the top the office Manager is a GREAT LEADER and it shows in employees. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Since I moved in I referred 6 people and till this day they are still thanking me. By the way the Referrel check you get is pretty special. They do so much for the residents. Like cookouts and get together. This is a Great way to meet your Niehbor’s. When the office Staff see me outside they always ask is everything ok and do you need. Anything for your unit that’s AMAZING me. That’s being proactive because you don’t always have to the office and always have to ask they when they see you they are.are always ask that question. They are always consistent about asking.Since I’ve been here they always asking how’s the family. That’s special. They make it feels like we are 1 Big Family. They alway make sure all the residents are ok and don’t need anything. It’s like the Office Manager hand picked her employees. They all take care of what a resident needs. Back to maintenance if I ever had a problem in my unit it’s always fixed the same day.Faithfully. The the pools are always clean and the furniture at the pool are GREAT and Comfortable. I like to take walks around the cornplex daily and the place never have trash on it, I want to send a Special Thank you to Mrs.Kayla Croocks for always making sure all the tenants are all ok this young Lady is more than an asset to this great place we call home.

I highly recommend renting at Legend Oaks. In reality, for the area, it provides immense value. While you might find something better, it's important to consider and ask yourself at what cost? Legend Oaks offers great convenience in location, an above-average neighborhood, minimal noise, and an outstandingly responsive office staff. Effort in communication is key, and being reasonable and honest pays off with getting issues resolved!
