Lawrence was quick, took his time also trouble shooting with the emergency maintenance that needed to be done with the water heater had to be replaced. Thankfully it got done before it did any damage. I do want to say a huge thank you to him plus everyone else that helped out with getting it taken care of.

I've been living here for about 4 years.
* Garbage is always picked up on time.
* They always clean the garbage area.
* The maintenance team takes care of repairs very quickly.
* The swimming pool is open throughout the summer.
* The gym is open every day and is very nice. * I have not experienced any security problems in 4 years. A security car drives around the apartment complex throughout the night.
* The grass is cut all the time. The surroundings are always clean.
* Our children play safely in the playground.
* Fire alarms are checked every year.
* The apartments are checked several times a year and any deficiencies are completed.
I haven't had any problems for 4 years. I still continue to live here.
You can rent a house from this apartment complex, you will not regret it.
The office staff are great, once you get to know them you will decide to stay here.

Management team was very helpful and was always available when I called. I am moving from Tn and doing papers was going to stress me out, but everything was easy and accessible online. My husband worked a lot so doing documents from miles away was not easy. The community is very peaceful and I love it. For the week I came to visit and see the place, I have seen the team around the community doing work. The community is always clean.

Harris brought our keys and trash can all the up to our 3rd floor even though we were supposed to pick them up a couple days ago. This place is great, the management is super fast and always available.
