I lived at Northcreek for 9 months, and i had enough of an impact i decided to leave a review. PROS: -AWESOME management. the communication between resident and management is amazing, and as long as you're not a jerk, the management should and will adore you. -neighbors are not loud (if anything i was the loud neighbor haha..) -mail is secure and safe, i never had a fear of losing my packages to a thief! -parking used to be bad, but when they installed the extra lots it became MUCH better! CONS: -the building has a HUGE mold problem. i have never had an issue with mold my entire life until i moved there. even if i left the windows open (which i couldn't since it was winter) i had to wipe down every window twice a day or else mold would be there the next day from all the moisture that collected on it) -electricity problems from day 1. couldnt run my tv and computers at the same time or the power would go out, and it wouldnt flip just one section, it would flip the ENTIRE apartment. if i had 3 lights on, and i turned on my oil heater the power would break too.... -fireplace issues, if i didnt leave a door cracked or window cracked smoke would bellow into the apartment (poor circulation i assume) which defeated the purpose of using the fireplace for heat. overall my entire experience with this place was positive. it was my first apartment ever rented out and it taught me a lot about living, and taking care of an apartment. i was saddened slightly that i had to move away because of rent costs.

These are truly nice people; they hold the line on following the lease to the letter but they are never unreasonable or confrontational.. We had problem neighbors for a while; they went over and above to help resolve the problem. Additionally, the little maintenance issues we've occasionally had were addressed quickly by nice guys who never left a mess. Parking is adequate - wish it was a little more plentiful but it's tolerable. We like living here and will be truly sad when the day comes that we have to leave.
