This ground floor unit features a spacious, open layout and beautiful hardwood floors throughout. The gorgeous kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of cupboard and storage space. Other amenities include air conditioning, washer/dryer in the unit, dishwasher, a private patio, and off-street parking. The tenant is responsible for gas, electricity, water, sewer, and all other utilities. Water/Sewer will be billed back using a RUBS system based on occupancy. $1,395.00 per month, $1,395.00 fully refundable security deposit. To reserve the property, a tenant will be required to pay the household security deposit. The first month will be prorated. Proof of renter’s insurance and the payment of the prorated rent is required before move-in. Cats and dogs 20 lbs. and under are welcome (with exceptions upon landlord review). Maximum of 2 pets with a $35 rent increase per month for each animal and an increased deposit of $35 for each animal. This unit is not an Accessible Dwelling Unit. One-year lease. Non-smoking. Open Application Period for this property begins on 04/11/2025 at 04:10 pm PST which is 72 hours after the notice of unit availability was originally posted. Grid Property Management will begin processing complete applications no earlier than the time specified above. Please refrain from applying prior to the Open Application Period. If an application is received prior to the Open Application Period, the City of Portland requires that Landlords apply an 8-hour penalty to the time an application was received.
