I have lived in 5 states and rented from over a dozen different management companies and private owners and this organization (or lack of) is horrendous. The complete void of care and response is beyond me. I moved in at the end of March and just prior their property manager left so I had no contact and no response for weeks after having already signed a lease, this led to a very stressful pre-move (from out of state to boot), for that, I gave them grace because as a business owner, I understand things can go awry, they lost an employee and at the end of the day I had keys when I arrived so while incredibly stressful, it worked out. The unit was newly remodeled and while it looks great superficially the workmanship is horrid, I do not have kids or big pets running around and yet almost immediately the vinyl floors began separating, and bathroom tiles cracked from not being set right, the walls aren't fully painted so drywall dust rubs off if you touch them in certain spots. Since moving in I have never once been able to get in contact with anyone, I have called many times with absolutely no response to voicemails or emails, none. Many other issues that I won't go into here. I reported a water leak on 8/1/2024 (left a voicemail and sent an email), with zero response. There is water coming through my ceiling light and leaving a puddle on the bathroom floor, while this doesn't seem to be a continuous leak (happens a couple of times per week) and is most likely caused by flushing or something else causing pressure periodically, it's water none-the-less coming through the ceiling and one of the two overhead lights is no longer functioning. I've also spotted what appears to be mold growth. This water is dirty, which leads me to think that it's toilet water from above, disgusting. After zero response to my multiple emails and calls, I finally saw the maintenance guy in the parking lot two weeks ago and asked him what was up. According to him I should submit a request on 'the portal' (this was news to me), and it would notify 'everyone', so I did that. Still zero response and I once again just cleaned up what is likely someone's dirty toilet water after working an 18-hour day. As one might imagine I'm beyond frustrated. I hate leaving negative reviews but at this point I cannot remain silent. Again, this is dirty water coming through the ceiling, mold present, and electrical being impacted, they know all of this (thank you read receipts) and have not responded. This place has potential with the right management but sadly that seems a distant concern. Having read all of the reviews I can confirm the recent negative comments are 100% legitimate. The well-worded apologies in response to negative reviews are meaningless because they come with no changed behavior. Don't move here unless you want constant water issues and zero ability to contact the company you pay, god forbid there is an emergency!
