You will be adjacent to all the amenities of the Nicollet Ave Eat Street area,with lots of restaurants and your own Starbucks coffee shop. You will also be just blocks from the uptown area and those fantastic south Minneapolis lakes. The building is a solid 1930's brownstone with lots of character. Best of all, these units are affordable. If you have a qualified dog you pay $300 extra dog deposit and a $50 monthly pet fee, cats are welcome with just the $300 deposit and $20 monthly fee.
