Would NOT recommend. This building has high turnover - The units look beautiful in photos and on a quick daytime walkthrough but once you’re in, you’ll know why your unit was available. Rent is higher than market for the area (and climbing) and and once you sign the lease, you’ll find that the cost is even higher than you thought. They pass through a number of utility costs and city fees on top of rent along with the other personal utility bills you’re paying. They’ll quote these extra monthly charges at maybe $20 - $30 - it will consistently be 3x or 4x that. Include the deposit as a fee you’re paying to them - you’re not getting it back. They’ve been under construction for 6 months, with about 4 days of real work, and speaking up about it will get the response: you can direct your concerns to “the city” because they’re not responsible. Also, their walls are thin beyond normal apartment living. You will hear EVERYTHING. (Everything....) It’s hard to know who you’re “getting into business with” or what kind of apartment you're moving into when you sign a lease. Upon move-in, other tenants warned me about Management being difficult and leaving issues unresolved - I was hoping they were wrong but they weren’t. I hope I saved you some frustration. Good luck Apartment Hunting!

Do not move into this building. There is a major roach issue. And management is failing to take care of it.
